Chris: can you confirm the gene for B2? I have my raw file from multiple sources and I cannot find C677T anywhere, and I even searched for 77T as a fragment.

Hey Chris, I think I am deficient as I do very poorly on higher fat diet not well on higher carb and better on higher protein, I do have low stomach acid. Also struggle with dry outer edges of my lips, cloudy vision at times, high estrogen (I know B2 is needed for estrogen detox from the liver) and sulphur issues. That said, For some reason B2 irritates my stomach even topically and makes me very gassy. Why might this happen? Should I just try eating more liver? I know this means a lot of retinol which is controversial. I can’t tolerate dairy.

Hey I have a study that you might find interesting regarding the high-dose supplement advice in the PDF your provide.

High dose riboflavin seems to increase gut microbiome activity and in turn there is increased fecal butyrate content. I think it would be great implementation.

Oh maybe this is why my gut doesn’t tolerate B2 well. I have histamine issues…
