But no one ever mentions anything about donating blood plasma. I have been donating(selling)my plasma twice a week,off and on for years for financial reasons. Is that good or bad for your health. Is forcing your system to replace all that plasma h.too hard on your system? What should I be supplementing with or eating to help in the regenerating of plasma? Thanks in advance.
