Hi Chris, as you mentioned Morley Robbins and as he‘s currently on a lot of podcasts spreading his thinking, could you maybe give us a more in depth analysis of where you agree/disagree with his claims?

I can't believe you mentioned of Morley Robbins and his unqualified, ridiculous and dangerous information. He needs to be ignored. Also, please note that the "normal" range of lab test is not normal at all. The reference range is simply a statistical average of people who have had that test at that lab, and considering that say 95%+ of people who get blood tests are NOT healthy (!), the reference range (which you call the normal range) is just an average of unhealthy people! It is not what you should use to analyse and interpret blood test results from. Different labs have different reference ranges from their own stats. Lastly, caeruloplasmin is a PROTEIN, so is highly dependent on protein intake AND good stomach function to produce acid and enzymes to digest the proteins into their amino acids to absorb and use to make caeruloplasmin and other proteins and enzymes.
