Hello Chris, I've listened to all the courses I can find on energy metabolism (1-39) but cannot find the remaining ones... anything on protein metabolism. You said... see you in the next lesson... but it is nowhere to be found. Please help! And LOVE the lessons!!! Amazing! Superb!!

Hi Chris, long tome follower but only just joined the Masterpass today. Any idea when your eagerly awaited book is going to be finished? I've got loads of reading to be done (metabolism lessons 1-39 & antioxidant 1-14) but a timeframe for the book would be great. Cheers! Hugh

Hi Hugh, the book is by no means abandoned and very important to me, but it's also become clear to me that the founding idea of BioOpt is game-changing and world-changing and needs to be nourished onto its feet. Further I have other loose threads, like the metabolism class needs to be finished. So I need to find a plan to optimize nourishing and growing BioOpt while getting all these loose threads finished, no stone left unturned. I'll release a timeline when I'm fully confident in one.

Thanks Chris. I've been working on a book for the last 8 years too so I know that things get in the way! Good to know that you are planning on finishing the metabolism course too. I'm working my way through what you've already written & finding it highly educational. All the best, Hugh.
