The Mitochondrial Energy Summit is having “Encore Weekend” starting at 6 PM eastern tonight.
Numerous people asked about how they could see my talk if they missed its original airing, and this is it.
Here is what some folks who did see it said about it:
Lucas: “Really great talk! Highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t listened to it yet.”
Slambert: “Thank you for participating in the summit. Your talk was the highlight! If only more people had your dedication and gravitas!”
Michael Hood: “Your talk has me brainstorming how to spread out my consumption of superfoods instead of once a week! Ann and I have been eating oysters every week and making a dinner of liver every other week! i’m thinking I could cook the liver and freeze dry them for small snacks of liver and onions every day.”
Marcello: “Really nice, I've made a lot of notes. Improving energy metabolism is the most important thing for health and wellbeing.”
christiedames4833: “Great job !! Appreciate your balanced approach and in depth work.”
Brittany Amos: “Wonderful thank you! I am absolutely impressed with your great understanding of where genetics and nutrition collide!”
Andrea Echeverry: “That was truly a great talk! I’ll be sharing with quite a few of my clients. Good job!”

I like how you deflected Ari a little bit when he tried to promote some ideas. You guys are cordial to one another. I really like your super nerd approach. It's what is really needed.
Thanks Chris. Enjoyed your interview, although I was quite challenged by section discussing Inigo San Milan's work. I have been almost exclusively using a fortnightly 'To Fail' workout for exercise. I dived deep into his Inigo's interviews and research - and have purchased an Ellipitical Trainer to start my Zone 2 journey.
