1-3 grams protein per kilogram bodyweight. Higher protein allows more steep caloric deficit without loss of lean mass. Like I said, I'm not a fan of the steep caloric deficit for health.

Right now I am losing a bit of weight steadily by deriving most calories from carbs at a 300 kcal deficit.
