How stressful or easy to adapt was your eating plan?

how were your physical and mental energy levels.

I have always been hesitant to go low carb. that's why I am asking.

I remember it being easy but I can be a robot like that. I needed 10 mg melatonin to fall asleep at night. I wound up getting sick with covid a second time while losing 0.6 lb per day so I think it was too extreme.

how much chicken breast per body weight per meal would be reasonable?

Right now I am losing a bit of weight steadily by deriving most calories from carbs at a 300 kcal deficit.

1-3 grams protein per kilogram bodyweight. Higher protein allows more steep caloric deficit without loss of lean mass. Like I said, I'm not a fan of the steep caloric deficit for health.
