@ChrisMasterjohn - hi Chris I have been trying every which way to contact you (without using a public forum) but to no avail. I pre purchased your Vitamins and Minerals 101 book a few years ago. I understand that you have not finished this book as yet - but I don’t think it’s fair that I should have to upgrade to Masterpress or anything else even to access the info that I have already paid for in good faith.
Hi! If I had purchased the vitamin and mineral course/book as well as the cheat sheet before you moved platforms, how do I get access to it without having to subscribe? TIA
Update on the lentils and molybdenum supplement! I think it could be increasing my uric acid, especially after introducing this exotic Rancho Gordo brand green lentil on top of the usual 100-200 mcg of molybdenum supplements. Will try to reduce molybdenum intake next week. Thanks for the spreadsheet.
Thanks so much, Chris! I feel like we are on the cutting edge of optimum health and healthspan extension.
I feel much better about my low levels of methionine after reading this article!

There is a new page for the V&M101 premium that she can add you to for free.
Thanks Chris - I have sent an email to that address

Interesting why would it do this? I also saw an increase in uric acid for the first time since I began tracking labs after starting black beans.
