@ChrisMasterjohn - hi Chris I have been trying every which way to contact you (without using a public forum) but to no avail. I pre purchased your Vitamins and Minerals 101 book a few years ago. I understand that you have not finished this book as yet - but I don’t think it’s fair that I should have to upgrade to Masterpress or anything else even to access the info that I have already paid for in good faith.

Update on the lentils and molybdenum supplement! I think it could be increasing my uric acid, especially after introducing this exotic Rancho Gordo brand green lentil on top of the usual 100-200 mcg of molybdenum supplements. Will try to reduce molybdenum intake next week. Thanks for the spreadsheet.

Interesting why would it do this? I also saw an increase in uric acid for the first time since I began tracking labs after starting black beans.
