I work with individuals, health care practitioners, and product developers to harness the power of nutrition science. Read on to see how I can help you.
Hi, Just wondering how to start. I've got the cheat sheet. You mention in "working with me" a lot of test to get. What is the bare minimum to get to evaluate overall nutrition status? I would think it would make sense to get those, first, before the first 1 hour session? Thanks.
I would love to work with you both regarding genetics and various blood tests.
One question. I am based in Copenhagen Denmark. Here we don't have access to the same kind of extensive blood panels that you have in the US market. I can pay for a general blood panel with around 30-40 markers but that's it.
Any idea of a European provider, that would allow us to dive deeper? If not, does it make sense at all?
I have pyroluria. Have you ever worked with someone with pyroluria? Not that it necessarily matters. I am hoping there are other ways of dealing with it rather than just the standard vitamins and supplements. I have other issues too. How does this work? I just guessing here that I would do a consultation and together we would decide what kind of package I would need after that? i have some blood tests, but I'm sure you would let me know what else I might need.
I have pyroluria. Have you ever worked with anyone with pryoluria? Not that that matters, really. I have other issues also. I'm hoping there are other ways of dealing with it than the usual orthomolecular treatment, which is helpful, but I don't think it's enough. I'm guessing I should make an appointment for consultation and from there we would decide what kind of package I would need?
Chris what is the latest version of the Cheatsheet? Is it 1.3. I have a subscription and the last update link I saw was from May 2021 for Vers. 1.3. Thanks
I am dealing with moderate-severe ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, POTS among other issues. Have you worked successfully with folks with ME/CFS before? And do you have any estimate what it could roughly cost altogether to work with you, including lab tests, in this situation? I'm very limited in my ability to study and research myself, but I've been told to be a very self-sufficient client to work with. I'm from the EU and I already read that gathering lab tests is up to the client, but I'd just like a rough estimate based on US-pricing to see whether I can effort this.
I'm nearly through standard-of-care treatment for TN breast cancer, am now NED, and looking forward to getting to work on my Great Comeback. I want to figure out the nutrients chemo has depleted and what processes have been affected and build myself back thoughtfully.
I also want to be sure I don't inadvertently encourage any latent cancer that may be lurking through choices that are controllable; this treatment isn't as much fun as it sounds and I don't want to do it again. Sifting the literature is overwhelming and I am struggling to figure out the best path for me.
Is this something you are comfortable consulting on?
Hi Chris. How do you work with people from EU? Is blood transport to US not a problem or do you recommend using some EU-based lab (e.g. IMD in Berlin, Lab4More in Munich ... )? Best, Daniel
Hi Chris. Are you experienced with interpreting the Dutch test? Is this even a good test? I had it done but having a hard time getting help with what it means and what to do about it. Thanks

Hi Chris
I'm thinking about booking a session. Do you think 20 minutes is enough time to review the results of a NutrEval or should I go with an hour?
