At the beginning of my bunch of symptoms l started taking 1 g of NMN along with 1 g of TMG ( and a lot of other supplements as you might imagine) to up my very low energy, and 4 months later l tested my NAD+ level with the Jinfinity test, it came out that my levels were at 75% which is better then those of youngsters. I did not feel it though, my energy was the same (low), so l stopped taking it. Any thoughts on why it did not work on my condition although the test results were great?

This is not surprising, because supplementing NMN to boost intracellular levels of NAD+ is essentially “hacking the test.”

The fact that this test is so hackable, moreover, shows that it has little utility.

NAD+ levels decline with age, and optimizing the concentration and function of NAD+ should certainly be a “anti-aging” toolkit. The Jinfinity test is not what you should be using for that.

Here’s why not, and what you should do instead.
