Vitamin A Plays an Essential Role in Setting the Circadian Rhythm and Allowing Good Sleep
I discovered this because of a personal health issue I had that includes but goes beyond circadian rhythm. It's one of several reasons I didn't finish the PUFA report when I thought I would. I'll be posting a sequel to this that describes the health issue I had to deal with, goes into vitamin A and the eye in much more detail, and at that point will also post a new update on the PUFA Report.
